5/12/08: USC Libraries Interlibrary Loan has joined the RAPID Consortium! What does this mean to patrons? Faster delivery of articles from journals, periodicals, and other documents, many within 24 hours. RAPID is an organization of libraries from across the globe decidated to fast, cost-effective, and innovative resource sharing. I am pleased to announce that IEEE titles can be searched through the E-Journals link on the E-Resources page or directly from http://www.usc.edu/ejournalsatoz with the help of our e-resource department.

Here are details:

• IEEE journal title improvements
  • All IEEE titles listed will have links
  • All titles will be in a standard format making normalization easier
  • Conference proceedings titles will be uniquely identified, by year or conference number
• Links for IEEE titles will be in a standard, consistent format based on the Publication Number
• IEEE Electronic Library Online, will be re-named, IEEE/IET Electronic Library (IEL), to match the package name offered by IEEE
